Game Info: http://www.mind-wars.com/koc/ (help updated 9-17-09) Easy ~ You go first (first round) and get extra territories. Normal ~ Random player order (first round). Hard ~ You go last (first round) and get less territories. Low Chance ~ you have to have > numbers to attack. [Chess like game] Med Chance ~ you have to have >= numbers to attack. High Chance ~ You can attack anything. [Risk like game]
